SKF Motion Technologies* @ Motek 2018

SKF Motion Technologies* @ Motek 2018 Leading trade fair MOTEK in Stuttgart: SKF Linear Motion Technologies* presents LIFTKIT and SLIDEKIT in cooperation with UR 893 exhibitors from 25 countries, 34,725 trade visitors from 81 nations, 60,000 m² gross exhibition space in 6 exhibition halls - that was the International Trade Fair for Production and Assembly Automation, MOTEK, in 2018 in figures. SKF's* presentation was all about "For more flexibility in production". There was great interest in the LIFTKIT and SLIDEKIT lifting and actuator system, which gives the Cobot from Universal Robots a wider scope of action. By using a universal robot on the SKF* linear module, it is possible to easily automate this handling process and thus increase productivity and reliability. Liftkit and Slidekit can significantly extend the effective radius of a Universal Robots Cobot. SKF* linear modules enable fast and precise movements for effective positioning of the robot along a horizontal axis with long strokes of up to 1.8 meters. *SKF Motion Technologies became EWELLIX in October 2019.
