Ball profile guide rail and profile rail bearing are widely spread in many industries and are nearly used for any linear guide application. They are equipped with 4 rows of ball-bearings at right angles. Thanks to the X arrangement with rails and carriages (block), larger differences in height can also be made up. This superior design ensures reliable and friction-free operation of a linear motion system. The carriages can be replaced with the same rail size, simplifying maintenance and installation.

This set of seals consists of wiper plates for the LLTHZ series ... S1 and an additional LLZHZ series actuator seal ... S7. It protects the low-friction seal from damage caused by coarse impurities.

The additional lube element is available in sizes 15 to 35. The lubrication reservoir filled with oil enhances the service life of a profile rail guide system. It provides a constant oil film on the raceways and the rolling elements and maintain optimal tribological conditions.

The additional (single lip) actuator seal is a contact seal made of rubber (NBR). In conjunction with an S0 cover plate, it ensures low-friction, sealed carriages.
