Human Resources Manager

I am the Human Resources Manager at Ewellix Bulgaria since April 2023. In this role, my main responsibility is to care for our employees by mentoring and providing support to management and ensuring they have organized and functioning teams. I am also responsible for talent management, leadership training, and supporting our management in building the organization and setting the strategy for the future.
 
Another part of my job is taking part in internal and external audits, organizing events, and building the Ewellix brand in Bulgaria, mostly in terms of employer branding.
 
Earlier I worked as a team lead for Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) at the Ewellix Shared Service Centre in Sofia. I managed a team of six people and was responsible for the AR and AP processes throughout Ewellix European entities.
 
The best about my job is working with people. People management is my passion, and I am so glad that I was given this opportunity to develop my skills. For the past three years we have been on a growth journey together and the work environment is great.
 
I would say that the most important task for the future is identifying the right talent. Being successful in talent management and having an efficient recruitment process are key factors for our future success.
