Head of Sales Unit Italy
I work in our office in Torino, Italy and I am the Head of the Italian Sales Unit, where we are a team of 10 people working to serve the Italian market.
My job is about managing the sales team to achieve organisational growth through objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring. I implement the strategic sales plan according to the company focus on segments and product lines and ensure that financial results are aligned with company targets. Setting action plans for new customer acquisition following product capability and territorial presence is part of my daily job as well as interacting with our customers. Before my role as Head of Sales Unit, I was the Sales Manager for Italy.
What I appreciate most about working at Ewellix is that each of us, with our choices, actions and activities, can determine the success of the entire organisation and contribute to business growth. I feel grateful for the opportunity that Ewellix has given me to constantly challenge myself and allow me to take part in new challenges every day. The collaboration with colleagues enriches me and the relationship with customers is the real lifeblood of working in sales.
Technology is changing rapidly, the market is constantly evolving and I believe the sectors that Ewellix has decided to focus on (collaborative robotics, medical, mobile machinery and automotive assembly) will grow in the future thanks to the market push toward digitalisation and electrification – and this is precisely in Ewellix's DNA.
