Head of Business Unit Actuation & Screws
I took on the position of Head of Business Unit Actuation & Screws in October 2024. Before that, I held various positions in the organisation such as Head of Product Management, Finance Manager for our Taiwan plant and Product Manager. I am located in Gothenburg, Sweden but spent three years in Taiwan from 2020 to 2023.
My main responsibility as Head of Business Unit Actuation & Screws is to ensure that we have the right offering for our customers buying actuators and screws. This includes both short-term initiatives and long-term strategies. The teams of product managers and product developers within the BU develop and maintain our product portfolios and product strategies. We work closely with our operations and sales teams to ensure that the complete go-to-market strategy is customer-centric, adapted to our offering and sustainable.
I am also part of the organisation’s management team where we set the direction for the organisation and make sure we all move in that direction. As a management team, our task is to ensure our strategy can be implemented in an actionable way and remove roadblocks in the day-to-day operations.
We are on an exciting growth and transformation journey since Ewellix became part of the Schaeffler Group. Together we combine the abilities of an agile smaller organisation and the infrastructure and resources of a large-sized company.
