Ewellix expands its assortment and launches new linear ball bearings

The complete range of new D-series linear ball bearings has now been launched and Ewellix has increased its portfolio of units.

All sizes of the new generation of D-series linear ball bearings are now available to the market. With outstanding performance, higher load ratings, bigger grease reservoir and simplified mounting marks, it sets a benchmark for world class linear ball bearings.

Thanks to the raceway’s optimized geometry and the larger rolling elements, Ewellix has increased the dynamic load rating of the D-series by up to 40 percent. Users can benefit from downsizing options or an increase bearing life of up to 2.7 times. Increased environmental friendliness is reached by lower friction, reduced noise and less re-greasing intervals. Thanks to clearly visible cage marks indicating the main load direction and the lubrication port position on the front, users spend less time in mounting.

In addition to the new D-bearings series Ewellix has increased the range of unit variations where even more linear bearings and housing combination are now possible. That is documented in the newly launched catalogue of “Linear bearings, units and shafts” . Customers now have a greater choice in getting the right variant for their application. Units of the compact ISO 1 range and standard ISO 3 range can now be delivered with the following bearing options:
  • rigid bearings
  • self-aligning bearings (ISO 3)
  • sealed bearings
  • shielded bearings
  • stainless steel bearings
  • and with combinations of above options.

With all that variety, Ewellix now has the right bearing for nearly every linear bushing application requirement.
