Sector Manager, Mobile Machinery for North America

We are looking for a motivated, experienced professional to join our talented sales team! This role allows for a remote home office but does require traveling.

What you will do:

The mobile machinery industry is currently undergoing an electrification transformation to improve energy efficiency and sustainability. Ewellix provides electromechanical actuator solutions to mobile machinery such as agriculture equipment, lifting platforms and forklifts.

To better support our customers in their electrification journey, we are strengthening our North American based sales team and are looking for a Sector Manager Mobile Machinery with experience in this industry to join our team. The focus will be to:

  • Drive sales growth in the mobile machinery industry, focusing on mobile machinery accounts in USA and Canada
  • Build and manage strong relationships with strategic accounts with accountability on business results and P&L. Develop new business in this industry by offering targeted engineered solutions for strategic applications
  • Act as coordinator between Customer Service, Product Development, Manufacturing and Management
  • Closely collaborate with the global mobile machinery sales and product development teams to align on strategic focus and activities
  • Support development of the global strategic plan and drive strategic implementation locally
  • Lead pricing and contract negotiations with the assigned strategic accounts
 
Who You Are:
  • Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business
  • 5 years' experience selling engineering solutions, including a proven track record of generating and growing accounts in the mobile machinery industry
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in sales of hydraulic solutions for the mobile machinery industry
  • Have a hunter mindset, fully focused on driving growth
