Daniel Westberg has a long history within the SKF Group, where he has held management positions for over 15 years ranging from General Manager of SKF Revolve in Canada, VP at SKF Magnetic in France to Managing Director for Manufacturing units within the SKF Group in Sweden, US and India. During the past five years, Daniel has managed the SKF Linear and Actuation Technology business unit which was divested in 2018 and transitioned into Ewellix where he now holds the position of President and CEO. Daniel possesses a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden.

Jean-Michel Poloni has a solid background with over 20 years’ experience in Management and Sales within the SKF Group. He has held positions as Business Development in Mechatronics, Industrial Distribution Manager EMEA, Director of Sales in Machine Tool & Medical Business. He was Director of Sales in the Linear and Actuation Technology business unit. Jean-Michel holds an MBA from Sorbonne Business School at IAE Paris, France.

Victor Jaecklin has a solid background in managing engineering-related businesses with close to 25 years’ experience, most recently as the Managing Director of SKF Actuation Systems, Switzerland. He has also held positions as Head of Product Engineering at Zulke, and Head of R&D at Oerlikon. Victor holds a PhD in Microtechnology from the University of Neuchatel, Switzerland and an MBA from Graduate School of Business Administration, Zurich.

Jessica Raab has close to 20 years’ experience in the field of Human Resources. She was Head of HR for SKF’s Motion Technologies business unit which became Ewellix when divested. Before joining us, Jessica held various positions such as Talent Manager at Linde Gas in Munich as well as HR Manager for global companies like Cryo AB and Nobel Biocare. Her work experience also includes Quintiles in Mannheim and Autodesk in Rotterdam. Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree from Karlstad University, Sweden.

Linda Andersson has a solid background in Information Technology serving as acting Director of Information Systems at Dentsply Sirona for Implants and Wellspect divisions before joining Ewellix. During her 20 years of experience, Linda has held various management positions in Project Management, Business and System development, and Application Management at ABB Business Systems, Astra Tech, and Dentsply Sirona. ​​​​​Linda holds a Master of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Chalmers University of Technology as well as a Bachelor of Science Degree in Financial Economics from Gothenburg School of Business, Economics, and Commercial Law.

Emma Lager has more than 20 years’ experience in the areas of Quality, Environment and Occupational Health & Safety Management. Most recently as SHEQ Manager at Ewellix Sweden since 2019. Emma had a long career at the Volvo Group where she held various quality and environmental related positions at Volvo Technology and the Volvo Group Headquarters. Her experience also includes being Head of Quality & Environment at the snacks plant Estrella and acting as Lead Supplier Auditor & Director HACCP (food safety) at Kraft Foods. Emma holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden.

Marcel Soltermann is an innovator with 25 years’ experience in the field of mechatronic product- and business development. He has a long career in the SKF Group where he held positions as Manager SKF Actuator USA, Product Manager Actuators, Business Development Manager and Product Development Manager. Marcel Soltermann holds a Batchelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Management of Innovation from EPFL & UNIL in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Nicolas Robardet is a senior Sourcing & Supply Chain Director with over 30 years’ experience in the field of Strategic Sourcing & Supply chain across the world. He has a background from large companies such as Invacare, Alstom Power and Groupe SEB. Most recently he comes from the consulting world where he supported companies as a Senior Advisor and consultant, leading change management projects in sourcing, procurement, and logistics. Nicolas holds a Bachelor degree in International Trade from Y-Schools/Ecole de Commerce et de Gestion (ECG) in Troyes, France.

Magnus Pettersson has over 25 years’ experience in the fields of Sales and Demand & Supply. Before joining SKF Motion Technologies which became Ewellix when divested, he was Head of European Purchasing at Swisslog. He held various management positions at both Swisslog and ABB where he was based in Beijing, China and Taipei, Taiwan. Magnus holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Högbergsskolan, Sweden.

Kirk Martin has a strong business development and management background in the mobile machinery market, coming from a position as Regional Director at Comer Industries, Inc. He has over 20 years’ experience within the Global Mobile Machinery sector, holding North American regional positions with Comer Industries and the Shaeffler Group, obtaining global experience while working with Polygon Company. Kirk holds a Bachelor of Science from Pennsylvania State University School of Mechanical Engineering, United States.

Laurent Sanchez has held several positions within the field of engineering and business development across Asia (based in Singapore) and Europe (France). Laurent has over 15 years of experience in the industrial market sector, working with large OEM’s in the fields of Medical, Automation, Mobile Machinery and power transmission distributors.
