I work in the export unit in Gothenburg, Sweden, as a Customer Service and Logistics development specialist. This unit serves several markets in different regions such as eastern Europe, Asia-Pacific, Latin America and Iberia. We are the face to the customers with the responsibility of building trust and developing the business, with the service level and solutions that we provide to our customers.
 
I started at Ewellix when the journey from being part of SKF to becoming a stand-alone company was about to start. Working with professional and dedicated people, as well as knowing that the contribution of individuals is always recognised, made the journey enjoyable and really motivating.
 
Our journey continues with lots of possibilities to develop and grow, which gives me a solid reason to go to work every day. Besides that, the friendly and fun environment makes me feel part of a big family. 
 
The most interesting opportunity moving forward will be to continue to stay customer oriented. It is all about proactively targeting customers’ needs and providing a compatible solution at the right time.
